Description:
SoftCollection LCD Module OCX is an ActiveX component that provides you a way to
control a variety of HD44780 compatible LCD Modules. It is very easy to connect a
low-cost LCD Module directly to parallel port of PC without any additional electronic
components. HD44780 compatible LCD Modules has 1-2 lines and 16-40 characters per line,
and may display an additional information that is undesirable or is impossible
to be displayed on the monitor. (For example if you all the time want to know what is
the state of your server, but you don't want your monitor to be always on, you can
connect an LCD Module to your computer and display on it all the information you need).
SoftCollection LCD Module OCX has a built-in driver that is compatible with Windows 9x
and Windows 2000/XP, and has simple interface for controlling all the LCD Module built-in
functions.
